✅ Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

The book was damaged during delivery
You received a duplicate copy of the same book in
one order
To be eligible:
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery
The book must be unused and in its original condition
You must provide a clear photo/video as proof
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Minor wear or used book condition (clearly mentioned in the product listing)
Change of mind after placing the order
Late claims beyond the 3-day window
